Our simple normal family selling policies include:

- we honor a full return and refund policy within 30 days on most items

- the buyer must ship the item back to us before a refund will be issued

- the item must be returned back to us in the exact same condition as when we sent the item to you

- we obviously can't take a return and refund you if an item was opened or different than when we sent it to you ***if it is new / sealed or completely unused - just return it to us still new / sealed and unused and we will gladly issue you a refund

- because we are a small family store, the buyer will need to pay for return shipping so we do not "lose" too much money on the return

- we are a small family store that will do everything possible to make you happy with your purchase

- we consider ourselves very friendly and very easy to work with
